The novel “MUN” was presented at the Abai museum

THE NOVEL “MUN” WAS PRESENTED AT THE ABAI MUSEUM

The State Museum-Reserve of Abai “Zhidebai-Borili” hosted a round table dedicated to the 75th anniversary of academician, thinker, writer, laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan Garifolla Yesim and the presentation of the novel “Mun”. During the solemn event, the exhibition “Gibratty gumyr” was presented to the guests.

The event began with a welcome letter from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Tokayev, Director of the Abai Museum T.Shanbai. Representatives of the intelligentsia of the city participating in the round table conveyed their best wishes to the writer, and the soloist of the regional Philharmonic named after A. Kashaubayev A. Abylkasymova decorated the festive event with a beautiful song.

At the end of the event, the head of the museum T. Shanbai solemnly presented the medal “Abai” to the hero of the day Garifolla Yessim, presented a shapan and presented a letter of thanks.

For his part, the writer expressed gratitude to the museum staff and presented his autographed book to everyone present.
