А professional development lecture was held museum staff
The management of the “Zhidebai-Borili” State Historical, Cultural, and Literary-Memorial Museum-Reserve places great emphasis on enhancing the qualifications of museum staff. To perform their duties effectively and ensure professional development, museum researchers must continuously improve their knowledge in line with modern requirements and provide methodological support to young professionals joining the museum.
Since “Academic Writing” is a relevant topic in the museum’s research activities, PhD in Philology and literary scholar Karlygash Adilkhanqyzy Aubakir was invited to give a lecture on this subject as part of a creative cooperation memorandum with Shakarim University.
During the lecture, K. Aubakir provided a detailed overview of academic writing, the structure of scientific articles, and academic ethics, sharing her own experience.
Such lectures aimed at improving the professional skills of museum staff will continue in the future.
